Customers may exchange products purchased at SOLSONA for a different size or color.
If the exchange is for a different item, a return will be processed via a GIFTCARD, and a new purchase will be made.
Items are subject to exchange if they meet the following conditions:
• The purchase date must not be more than 30 calendar days ago.
• Items must retain all original tags and be in perfect condition.
• They must not be used, damaged, or washed.
• Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
• They must not have any modifications or repairs, including those made by our tailor service.
• Original boxes and packaging must be returned, if applicable.
• Some of our items, due to their special characteristics, are not subject to exchange: swimwear, sportswear, accessories.
